Hearts of Palm Salad

  • 3 cups chopped lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices tomato, halved
  • 3 cups hearts of palm, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 ½ cups Vinaigrette sauce

Put ½ cup chopped lettuce on each of six chilled salad plates. Cover each with ½ cup hearts of palm and garnish with two half slices of tomato. Chill. Pout 1/4cup vinaigrette sauce over each salad and serve.

Serves 6.
